Skills:
* 4-8 years of experience in Software Testing primarily in SAP
* 2+ years of experience leading a team of QA engineers in implementing SAP Test automation solutions using Quick Test Professional, SAP-TAO
* Knowledge of various test automation techniques, approaches and best practices;
* Extensive experience on test automation design and implementation.
* Experience defining tasks, allocating resources, establishing milestones, prioritizing work and product defects and communicating status during the product release cycle;
* Experience with bug tracking and test case management systems;
* Able to mentor junior members, give technical advice and direction;
* Must be a strong team player, detail oriented, self-motivated and perform well under pressure;
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
* Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, debugging and analytical skills;
* Industry experience in SQL and Relational Database, working knowledge in at least one major RDBMS vendor (MSSQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL);
* Working knowledge of internet/web technologies such as HTTP, DOM structures, HTML, XML, JSP, JavaScript
