Skills:
1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on Automation testing experience on various kinds of systems (Web-based, desktop based, thick or thin client, client-server architecture, etc.)
2. Strong knowledge of the complete QA cycle and experience with different types of testing, including experience with rigorous test case creation and execution.
3. Practical exposure to creation of automation frameworks
4. Should be thorough with QTP and VB Scripting
5. Strong technical knowledge on Test Director/Quality Centre.
6. Able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams
7. Ability to work within tight deadlines
8. Experience in writing SQL queries for backend validation.
9. Knowledge of Ruby will be added plus.
10. Excellent oral communication skills
