Education:
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science or any other related field

Skills:
Experience and Education: 8 to 10 years in SAP with at least 3 years of experience in testing with a
Hands On SAP tester with strong functional knowledge in SAP SD/MM Module with following skills
Functional
As part of the SAP-SCM (Supply Chain Management) team, the individual may focus in the following areas: Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) modules of R/3
Technical
SAP Technical: SAP and ABAP testing, SAP integration using EDI, RFC and BAPI technologies on SAP
Version ECC 6.0 or greater
Excellent exposure to backend testing and White box testing
Proficient in planning, writing, and executing test specifications.
Experience writing solid bug reports and analysis
Excellent testing knowledge & ability to use latest testing technology and standards
Strong quality & risk quantification & management skills
Exposure to Mercury QTP and Loadrunner would be plus
Job Responsibilities:
Independently drive for results and consistently meet deliverable on projects with aggressive timelines. Work with a diverse team of Functional Analysts, Dev and Support resources and consultants across multiple disciplines.
Collaborate with global test team members to ensure clarity on deliverable, establish QA practices and promote knowledge transfer. Provides feedback to improve the testability or design of an end-to-end business solution
Demonstrate strong knowledge of various, testing methodologies to leverage at all stages of product development
Evaluate multiple feature areas and how their behavior affects the customer experience; suggest changes
Highly refined software engineering process facilitation skills with multiple areas of business/functional specialization.
Excellent problem resolution, judgment & decision making skills.
Experience in coming up with Master Test Plans, Detailed project level test plans documents based on functional requirements and technical specifications
Ability to come up with estimates based on different levels of specifications at different life cycle stages of a project
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong team building skills and proven leadership skills
